The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
S. B. 565 -- "A Bill to amend and reenact §11-3-2a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to notices of increased assessment; and providing an exemption to the required notice of an increase in the assessed valuation of real property when the increase is under one thousand dollars. "
